I should have taken this picture when the ring was still ludicrously polished up, but I didn't. Sorry.
Lost wax casting, the final project in my jewelry class. I carved little scrolls and patterns in the wax, but it's not showing up in the picture all that well. I also set a dark purple amethyst in a bezel setting on top.
